The A7 Family is growing — we’re proud to welcome Coach Ian Kearon, pro motocross racer, owner, and head trainer of Elite MX, as the newest coach on our team.
Coach Ian has always been part of our family, and now the A7 Family is truly blessed to have him step into this new role as coach and leader. His passion, dedication, and commitment to growing the sport align perfectly with everything A7 stands for.
With over 15 years of experience rising through the amateur ranks and 3 years racing professionally, Coach Ian brings a deep well of knowledge and experience to every rider he works with. Since beginning his coaching journey just over a year ago, his mission has remained clear: to equip each athlete with the tools, support, and confidence they need to reach their highest potential. His personalized approach focuses on each rider’s unique journey while building the technical and mental skills that drive progress.
The collaboration between A7 and Elite MX holds a special place in Ian’s heart, as he was a close friend of Austin. To Ian, this is more than just coaching — it's about honoring Austin’s legacy with every lap, every lesson, and every life impacted. His leadership ensures that Austin’s memory will continue to inspire the next generation of riders.
